Paige has marketed, promoted, produced and created successful trade shows and event marketing campaigns for 18 years. Whether attracting 300 people or more than 40,000, Paige's unique blend of strategic initiatives and creative savvy offers each client insightful and smart solutions to marketing and branding challenges intended to grow audiences and increase revenue. As president of CSG Creative, Paige leads her team and oversees the marketing, strategy and branding initiatives for all CSG clients. Paige is involved with each account, large or small, and eagerly shares her insights and best practices developed through years of success in the events business.

Paige has been a featured speaker at the Major American Trade Show Organizers (MATSO) annual meeting, Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW), International Association of Exposition Managers (IAEM) and leads the Marketing Exchange Roundtable for MATSO. Paige serves on the Professional Convention Management Association's (PCMA) Marketing Task force committee, which develops marketing content for the annual Convening Leaders Conference.

Paige joined National Trade Productions, Inc. (NTP) in 1999 as Director of Marketing. In 2001, Paige launched CSG Creative, a full service marketing and creative agency that specializes in event promotion, strategy, branding, new media and Web development. During that time, CSG has grown to be one of the premier agencies that specialize in conference and trade show marketing and promotion. CSG's client list includes a number of the largest shows in North America.

Before Paige joined NTP, she was the director of marketing for the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association, where she managed, marketed and sold two biannual events totaling 150,000 net square feet in exhibit space and 12,000 attendees. Prior to her tenure at SBCA, Paige spent three years with the National Coffee Service Association as national events and membership manager.

She holds a BA in Communications from the Annenberg School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Paige is a member of the International Association of Exposition and Events, Major American Trade Show Organizers, American Marketing Association and the Professional Convention Management Association.

Carrie is responsible for the strategic planning, management and execution of multiple marketing campaigns to increase attendance and exposition sales for a variety of clients. Her work is results-driven and focused on getting the strongest return-on-investment for all marketing efforts. Her expertise includes creation of strategic and tactical marketing plans, budgets and timelines; direct mail; copy writing and copy editing; list research and analysis; and Web development. She also helped to create, and currently manages, custom designed convention Web sites for various clients.

Prior to joining CSG, Carrie managed conference development and association marketing for the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association. She was credited with branding SkyFORUM, a semi-annual satellite/financial symposium that attracts C-level executives in the satellite and financial community. She developed the identity for this program, increased corporate sponsorship, increased attendance and heightened the profile of its marketing campaign.

She holds a BA in History from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Carrie is a member of IAEM and has participated in Bell Leadership training curriculum.

Fanatical about graphic design since she was a teenager, and unwavering in her career goals ever since, Megan delivers a unique blend of strategic, managerial and creative skills that provide our clients with unparalleled creative solutions to their toughest marketing challenges. She oversees creative development and project execution, using her vast experience and keen eye to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, are technically flawless and meet all objectives as put forth by the client. Under her leadership, CSG's award-winning design team consistently exceeds our clients' expectations with the creativity, variety and thoughtfulness of the campaigns we execute.

Prior to working at CSG, Megan developed her skills in design and marketing on projects ranging from the development of corporate identity, branding, direct mail and promotional collateral, to designs for large financial institutions and print-on-demand formatting for a variety of clients in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC. She is also a very talented illustrator and has a background in photography.

Megan earned a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is a member of the Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington.

Danielle ensures that CSG's client materials are produced in the most efficient, cost-effective and technically proficient manner possible, ensuring that all projects are on time, on budget and error-free. She is responsible for proofreading, reviewing and editing all in-house projects, and maintains overall quality control of CSG materials. Her sharp eye and well-trained copy skills ensure that our work is clean, consistent and grammatically correct. This added layer of client service provides a true partnership with our clients and maintains the high quality they deserve.

In addition, Danielle manages and coordinates print and fulfillment services for CSG. Her relationships with a wide network of printers in the Washington, DC area and across the country, ensure that our clients receive top priority and customer service once projects are released to press. She is constantly educating herself and the rest of the CSG team on new printing techniques, unique papers, special effects and the latest postal requirements. Danielle can influence your project with small recommendations in dimensions or other mechanical specifications that may save you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Danielle has nearly 20 years of experience in the design industry and has extensive experience with print and mail procurement, desktop publishing and client management. Danielle holds a BA in Communications and Government and Politics from George Mason University. She frequently attends paper, printing and fulfillment seminars to keep up-to-the-minute on the latest technology and industry practices.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Heidi started her career at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and came to CSG by way of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

Heidi's strong project management skills combined with her commitment to providing high-level customer service makes her an ideal partner for her clients. In 2013, Heidi completed the Second Wind Certified Account Managers Program and she is a member of both IAEE and ASAE.

In addition to traditional marketing tactics, she is introducing her clients to new approaches in digital and content marketing and how best to engage their audiences. Dawn is committed to delivering high-quality work that will help her clients surpass their goals.

In her past life, Dawn has worked as the Director of Marketing for two associations with expertise in marketing events, membership, certification and education programs, and advocacy. She also spent several years as a sales and marketing guru in the professional sports industry. After completing her MBA, she kept in tune with emerging trends and innovative strategies that have resulted in increased profits for the organizations she has worked with.

Lisa brings a detailed eye and a fresh perspective to CSG. Having lived in another country (Spain), she is a natural out-side-the-box thinker. Her passion for design and creativity started as a young child and she knew from a very young age, that she wanted to be surrounded by creative energy every single day. That is what drove her to study marketing and pursue a career in the agency world.

Prior to CSG, Lisa was the Marketing Coordinator at a pharmaceutical agency in Princeton, NJ, where she was responsible for all aspects of internal marketing initiatives for the agency. She coordinated all agency business generating events via grassroot, print, digital, and social channels. Her success in generating attendance at events lead her to quickly evolve into a client-facing Account Executive position, where she excelled in strategy and client service. Lisa has a keen eye for creativity and loves to push the envelope – she lives for big ideas. Her passion and drive to exceed expectations makes her a great asset for CSG and our clients alike.

As a Philadelphia native, Lisa naturally loves hockey (Broad Street Bullies!). Lisa graduated from Penn State University where she received her BA in both Marketing and Spanish. Lisa enjoys traveling the world, dining out, photography, and exploring her new home in Virginia.

As Production Coordinator/Traffic Manager, Tiffany works closely with the account management team to create production schedules that cover all CSG client work from concept to delivery, keeping that famously efficient CSG flow from inbox to outbox. Tiffany honed her organizational skills with over nine years of professional experience working with various government agencies and nonprofit associations, including the Department of Justice, the Department of Transportation, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychology and, most recently, The American Health Care Association.

She attended Prince George's Community College and plans to continue her studies at University of Maryland University College. In order to keep up with her six-year-old son, Tiffany's favorite activities have morphed into skating, bowling, miniature golf and go-cart racing. Instead of enjoying a quiet afternoon trying out new recipes and reading crime novels (her favorite), these days, no comic book movie ever goes unseen!

Kay assists with editing and proofing CSG client materials. In addition to Kay's experience with writing, proofing and editing for various publications — from medical textbooks to Italian food catalogs — she has taught English and reading, as well as English as a second language in Sicily, Italy. In her more distant past, Kay also managed a human resources department for a group of colleges and worked in education fundraising, school board support and local politics in several states and in London, England. Before joining CSG, she spent three years in customer relations and logistics at National Trade Productions. Since 2005, she has volunteered in the Arlington/Alexandria Master Gardener program.

Kay has a BA in English and Sociology from the University of New Mexico and an MA in Executive Management from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.

Now, her more sophisticated toys include the Mac she works on at CSG Creative! Trisha pulls inspiration from her diverse hobbies: travel, photography, art history, interior design and scrapbooking. She brings a clean, modern, bold style to every project, and motivates other members of the robust design team with her distinctive flavor. Her broad experience, creative vision and holistic approach to each project make her an energetic and productive team member.

Trisha comes to CSG from the Close Up Foundation, a civic education foundation in the Washington, DC, area, where she was responsible for branding consistency, marketing collateral and print/vendor management. Prior to joining CSG, Trisha worked at an advertising agency where variety was the spice of her life! Projects included logos, advertising, promotional materials, signage, environmental design, annual reports and direct mail.

Jennifer comes to CSG from Philadelphia, PA, with 10 years of design experience. She can organize massive amounts of information like a pro, loves stylish type-treatments and is a champion of white space. Prior to CSG, she worked as the sole designer for a rare book company, as well as freelanced for various organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Jen earned a BA in Art History from the College of William & Mary before discovering she wanted a more hands-on approach to art. So she made her way to the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she studied graphic design.

Prior to joining CSG, Michelle worked as a freelance graphic designer, in addition to running her own stationery and graphic design studio. She has 9 years of experience designing for both large and small advertising and marketing agencies. She has also supported the federal government as a contractor specializing in the design of publications, logos and exhibit designs, as well as a host of other marketing materials.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys cooking, traveling with her husband, and visiting friends and family. Michelle holds a BS in Graphic Design Communications from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, PA.

Her creative interest in the visual world followed her to James Madison University where she earned a BFA in Graphic Design. Working at various internships in the DC area after graduation, Alex gained valuable experience in design and illustration before joining the team at CSG.

Matt's previous position with America's Community Bankers allowed him to refine his skills by producing marketing campaigns for the organization's various events, projects and constituencies. Tanya is a lead programmer in the CSG Web development team. She implements our clients' event Web sites using a range of technologies which include Joomla, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and Adobe Flash®.

Tanya has been building dynamic database driven Web sites for over 10 years. She started her Internet career as a Web site designer for the Radio Data Group (now Triton Digital), where she developed custom Web sites for radio stations. Over time, she became increasingly interested in programming and database integration and segued into the position of programmer.

Having worn a range of hats in the Internet sector — including information architect, designer, programmer and project manager — she brings a unique and diverse perspective to each project. She specializes in custom CMS integration, dynamic content displays and out-of-the box Internet solutions. Tanya enjoys the challenge of keeping pace with the exciting, ever-evolving face of the Internet.

Tanya has a Bachelors in Philosophy and a BFA.

Stacie is responsible for Web design and XHTML/CSS development, ensuring that every Web site is innovative, effective and standards-compliant. In addition to site design, her expertise includes Adobe Flash® animation, banner ad design and e-news layout. She has created custom dynamic themes for content management systems Joomla, WordPress, Drupal and Convio.

Stacie fine-tuned her Web design skills with streaming media companies, Radio Data Group (now Triton Digital) and CMGi-owned Magnitude Network. Prior to the dot-com era, she designed for the West Virginia tourism industry and served HousePlant Magazine as an editor and artist.

Stacie graduated cum laude from Davis & Elkins College with a degree in Communications.
